Always adhere to SIDS safe sleeping guidelines. Do not leave an infant unattended with anything in their bassinet or cot. During sleep, ensure that Cozy Dinkum is kept out of reach for babies under 12 months old. Although the toy may not be within their grasp, babies will still find comfort in seeing and hearing it during their sleep.
During playtime, keep Cozy Dinkums close with a Dinkum Dolls Cottontail Carrier or Dinkum Dolls Carry Cot.

We are unable to return, exchange or offer store credit for any items on sale, any items bought with a discount code, food, jewellery, skincare and personal care items.
We offer exchanges or store credit if a customer wishes to return an item for any reason. Items must be returned within 15 days, be in the same condition it was in at the time it was purchased and be in its original, unmarked packaging. Clothing and footwear must also be unwashed and unworn.
If your goods are faulty or damaged, we will replace these at no cost. If we cannot replace the goods, a full refund will be provided.
