  • How do I check my point balance?

    Log into your rewards account, then click on the launcher button on your bottom right hand side to open the rewards panel.

  • How do I redeem my vouchers?

    Log into your rewards account, then click on the launcher button to open the rewards panel. Next, click on All rewards. If you have enough points, click the Redeem button. Use the points slider to select the number of points you would like to spend, then click Redeem.

  • Is there a fee to join the loyalty program?

    No, this is free!

  • How do I earn points?

    You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.

  • I earned a voucher but decided not to use it. Am I able to still use it and how do I access it?

    Once you have redeemed your points for a reward, it will stay in your available rewards account until your next purchase.

  • Can i use my rewards points at any time?

    Vouchers redeemed from points cannot be used in combination with other promotional codes or discounts. Points expire after 1-year.

  • What happens if I forget to log into my account when checking out?

    You need to be logged into your account to earn points.

  • Can I earn points on past purchases?

    No, points cannot be added to your account for past purchases. You can start earning points for all future purchases when logged into your account.

EARNING & SPENDING POINTS
Points are not valid on shipping costs. No other coupon code can be used when redeeming reward points. Restrictions may apply. Points are only awarded to registered accounts. No purchase necessary to register.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event of a return/exchange of any eligible purchase that initially earned Points, such Points will be deducted automatically from the Account that was used for the eligible purchase. Points will be deducted at the same rate as they were earned. Upon the return and/or exchange of products awarded through the redemption of Points, all redeemed Points will be forfeited.

PROMOTION
From time to time, Moi on George may advertise or offer exclusive offers to select Members to earn extra points or to redeem Points for items other than standard Program rewards, benefits, and discounts.

ACCOUNT CLOSURE
If you close your account then points are reduced to zero upon termination of the Membership.
Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
