Whilst we endeavour to ensure customers items are perfect for them before they buy, we understand sometimes returns are necessary. Our returns policy below outlines the criteria for returning goods. Please provide proof of purchase as it may be required.
Sale items or discount code used
No returns, exchanges or store credit are available if the item is a sale product, or a discount code was used to purchase the item.
Items unable to be returned, exchanged or store credit offered
We are unable to return, exchange or offer store credit for food, jewellery, skincare and personal care items.
Returns - excluding sale items or items purchased with a discount code
We offer exchanges or store credit if a customer wishes to return an item for any reason. Items must be returned within 15 days, be in the same condition it was in at the time it was purchased and be in it's original, unmarked packaging. Clothing and footwear must also be unwashed and unworn.
Faulty or damaged goods
If your goods are faulty or damaged, we will replace these at no cost. If we cannot replace the goods, a full refund will be provided.
Shipping returned goods
To return your products, please send them to 317 George Street, Dunedin 9016, NZ.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items for store credit and exchanges. You will also be responsible for paying any shipping costs to send out the exchanged items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
