Care instructions
Vacuum your carpet regularly - especially at the beginning - to remove the excess wool associated with its manufacture. In case of stains, absorb immediately and rub gently with a damp sponge. You can also use soap or a suitable stain remover if traces persist. In case of major damage, your carpet can be washed with warm water by rubbing it with soap. In this case, squeeze out excess water without twisting and dry it flat. You can iron it wet so that it gets back its beautiful shape. If your carpet makes pilling, cut it with a pair of scissors.

We are unable to return, exchange or offer store credit for any items on sale, any items bought with a discount code, food, jewellery, skincare and personal care items.
We offer exchanges or store credit if a customer wishes to return an item for any reason. Items must be returned within 15 days, be in the same condition it was in at the time it was purchased and be in its original, unmarked packaging. Clothing and footwear must also be unwashed and unworn.
If your goods are faulty or damaged, we will replace these at no cost. If we cannot replace the goods, a full refund will be provided.
