Orders under $200 have a $10 shipping charge within New Zealand*
Orders to Australia have a $35 shipping charge*
*Large items are excluded. Most products will have their shipping rates displayed at checkout. For furniture, please phone ahead for shipping costs.

We are unable to return, exchange or offer store credit for any items on sale, any items bought with a discount code, food, jewellery, skincare and personal care items.
We offer exchanges or store credit if a customer wishes to return an item for any reason. Items must be returned within 15 days, be in the same condition it was in at the time it was purchased and be in its original, unmarked packaging. Clothing and footwear must also be unwashed and unworn.
If your goods are faulty or damaged, we will replace these at no cost. If we cannot replace the goods, a full refund will be provided.
