Audo's Kettle Teapot by Norm uniquely embraces the meeting of two traditions - Chinese Zen philosophy and modern Scandinavian design. A special feature is the teapot’s transparency that allows a visual experience and stimulates the senses of sight, touch and smell alike. As a fine design detail the tea egg is placed in the center of the pot and is easily raised by pulling the attached silicon string when the tea is ready for serving.

We are unable to return, exchange or offer store credit for any items on sale, any items bought with a discount code, food, jewellery, skincare and personal care items.
We offer exchanges or store credit if a customer wishes to return an item for any reason. Items must be returned within 15 days, be in the same condition it was in at the time it was purchased and be in its original, unmarked packaging. Clothing and footwear must also be unwashed and unworn.
If your goods are faulty or damaged, we will replace these at no cost. If we cannot replace the goods, a full refund will be provided.
