This process is done by hand (and a careful eye) and means that there are colour variations between print runs and orders of our linen. We don’t deem this as a fault, rather a testament to the handmade quality of Sage x Clare linen. Please refer to our Linen Care page on how best to keep your linen feeling its luxurious best.

We are unable to return, exchange or offer store credit for any items on sale, any items bought with a discount code, food, jewellery, skincare and personal care items.
We offer exchanges or store credit if a customer wishes to return an item for any reason. Items must be returned within 15 days, be in the same condition it was in at the time it was purchased and be in its original, unmarked packaging. Clothing and footwear must also be unwashed and unworn.
If your goods are faulty or damaged, we will replace these at no cost. If we cannot replace the goods, a full refund will be provided.
