Note: We use top quality wool and the rug is expertly handcrafted but due to the natural fibre of this rug and it being 100% wool, shedding will occur. To reduce shedding we would suggest vacuuming it no more than once a week. This is not a fault of this piece but please consider your lifestyle and desired placement of the rug to determine whether this is the right rug for you.

We are unable to return, exchange or offer store credit for any items on sale, any items bought with a discount code, food, jewellery, skincare and personal care items.
We offer exchanges or store credit if a customer wishes to return an item for any reason. Items must be returned within 15 days, be in the same condition it was in at the time it was purchased and be in its original, unmarked packaging. Clothing and footwear must also be unwashed and unworn.
If your goods are faulty or damaged, we will replace these at no cost. If we cannot replace the goods, a full refund will be provided.
