We are unable to return, exchange or offer store credit for any items on sale, any items bought with a discount code, food, jewellery, skincare and personal care items.

We offer exchanges or store credit if a customerĀ wishes to return anĀ itemĀ for any reason.Ā  Items must be returned withinĀ 15 days, be in the same condition it was in at the time it was purchased and be in its original, unmarked packaging.Ā  ClothingĀ and footwear must also be unwashed and unworn.

If your goodsĀ are faulty or damaged, we will replace these at no cost.Ā  If we cannot replace the goods, a full refund will be provided.
